METEOR BUFFET AND GRILL in Huntsville

My mom and I love this place. We go at least once a week, the staff is extremely attentive and friendly. They have a little bit of everything from sushi to Pizza.

Waitress and people were nice. Were busy with their work typical for a buffet place. I have been too many Asian buffet places and love buffet food.Issue: Cleanliness! I couldn't even try to eat without noticing how bad it was stinking around. Think about eating in that smell. The carpets were holding all the years of composed food smell. 🤢😷. I was done in 15 mins. Never will step my foot in here. How do they pass health inspection?? Can't imagine how it's inside the kitchen!

This place is amazing. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful. The manager went out of her way to be kind and accommodating. They made us tofu versions of all the meat based dishes for no extra charge. Very vegan or vegetarian friendly. I will recommend them to everyone I know. The price is also very reasonable.

I love the food ,especially the coconut chicken. The food is fresh and before an item runs out a cook would add more food; which is hot and ready to consume. The owner is very sweet and courteous and always willing to help a customer out with a food selection or just finding a seat. Meteor buffet is agreat family oriented restaurant dedicated to provide great customer service and delicious food.

The service is great the buffet is lovely with all the Hot Stuff cold stuff ice creams and stuff I recommend trying to squeeze as well

This place has the best food out of any buffet I've ever been to! I was sceptical at first due to the way it looked on the outside, but let me tell you, this place is amazing! I had great service and very friendly staff! I'll definitely be going again

Food fresh and delicious. Friendly service. Try to eat there at least once a month. Just wish the hot and sour soup spicier.

Great selection of foods on the buffet! Chinese fare, soul food ! You name it, they got it! It's all really good! If you leave here hungry it will be your own fault!!

I had a taste for some sushi. I decided to go here. I was not impressed. I have to admit it looked like who made it was uoset. LOLThe service was ok. The place looks like it has been there a while. My server made sure my drink was filled and didn't allow me to engage her in conversation. It was quiet and I got to review some work stuff at my table. If you have a taste for food, it is there. I won't ask to go there unless I have some good company that wants food you can eat.

Been coming here for over 10 years.. Not to expensive and a good variety of foods. Lots of seating. Definitely worth it.

The food was good. Was hot. The only downside is you gotta pay $5 per plate of crab legs and they gave me two lil scrawny pieces. And flies were every freaking where. I was annoyed. Won’t be going back.

I like everything about food is good it's better than what me or my family can cook and it's clean enough. The only problem I see is they need to refill that fish tank at the entrance. it's been empty for years and filled with dirt, I miss the fishies.

It was ok...it was late. The buffet was clean, but the food was kinda dry, old, not fresh...nice variety tho. I may go back at an earlier time n the day to c if it will b any better. ❤🖤💚

Cruise ship style buffet, lots of options fast and service. Place is cleaner than average Chinese restaurant. They even have pool full of goldfish.

I miss the buffet BUT the new takeout options are amazing!! Please give the new setup a try! For $10.00 you can basically get 4 items off the buffet, MADE FRESH everytime! HUGE servings!!Both times I’ve had take out it’s been enough for TWO full meals!Don’t let this place go! Try it out!Just show up and order or call ahead. It’s worth it!!

The food is good for a buffet. The restaurants in a sketchy part of town but we've been three times please with the food and the service. We will go back.

I do like this place. The food is pretty good. The staff has been friendly. Its an old building due for a renovation. Past that this place is a good deal. I will return.

Food was fantastic with an incredibly huge buffet. Seafood and crab was succulent and the raw sushi was on a completely separate area. Came to 20 even for Dad and I. Not too bad at all.

The restaurant is a little run down, inside and out. However, I was pleased with the service and the food. Everything I tried was at least as good as other Chinese buffets I go to. Even the American food choices like meatloaf were good. The staff was also attentive to our table, taking dishes, filling drinks, and asking how we liked the food. Lunch was $7.xx, so it didn't break the bank.

This is a very good spot to eat at. Definitely no curb appeal but that seems to be the trend. The best food places are hole in the wall joints. They have a huge mix of sushi, Chinese, hibachi grill, fresh fruit,amazing desserts and very affordable. A must eat at place. Trust me

The food is always delicious here! The owner Chen makes sure every customer leaves satisfied. As a vegetarian, my favorites are the rice noodles and hot and sour soup 😄

Food was very good and fresh. Sushi was mediocre. Overall I would recommend.

A fair number of choices on the buffet ranging from American favorites such as meatloaf and fried chicken to Asian cuisine like Sesame Chicken and Sushi. There was a general lack of seasoning for most dishes we tried. Unfortunately it feels a bit run down inside with stacks of school related items in corners of the seating area. It felt a bit dirty despite the staff actively seeing and clearing tables. The bathrooms were truly terrible. We ended our visit earlier than we might have to take my son to a better restroom elsewhere.

All You Can Eat Crab Legs On Tha Weekend.. Yasssss

Good as usual. Really like the Honey chicken, I ask for small coconut shrimp. Slow coming today. But good as usual.

Food wasn't fresh even by buffet standards. Last time I went they had crab legs on the buffet but now you have to order them. Didn't find out until we were paying our bill. Was not satisfied at all. The staff though was very nice. I might check back in a bit to see if it was just an off day or if they have gone down hill.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went there 11/3/19 when we walked in it smelled funny, and it took them 5 minutes to even get my husband and I seated. When we called up there we where told the snow crab legs and crawfish where in the buffet they where not then the food was over cooked or cold a piece of sushi I got the meat had mold on it and our waitress was trashy

We love the variety here. The sushi is fairly average buffet sushi but it's worth checking out. I'm partial to all of the seafood offerings: coconut shrimp, cheesey crab, butter seafood, it's all so good. Don't miss the fried green tomatoes and chicken quesadillas!

So flavor,over cooked rice not seasoned.no broccoli 8n the beef and broccoli!!? Never again!! Very dissatisfied
